How it works
1 cup rice : 1.5-2 cups water (1.75 typical). Bring to boil uncovered, then reduce heat to lowest, cover tightly, simmer 15 minutes. DO NOT LIFT LID. Remove from heat, rest covered 5-10 minutes. Fluff with fork.
